I was very nervous about roofers having had a really bad experience. I need not have worried when it came to Kavanagh’s. They were informative reasurring and extremely professional. My roof looks fabulous. Yes they are a little more expensive but so worth it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

What an extremely professional company. Everything was taken care for me, I didn’t have to stress over things. Terry and the team did an amazing job and advised of things that needed to be done along the way. I didn’t see any of the problems stated in the 1 star reviews. I’m really happy with them. OK, slightly more expensive than some other quotes I got- but having been burned by a bad roofer last year I did more research this time around on quality and customer feedback. Office staff was quick to communicate and even came round to mine with printed paperwork to sign (no printer during covid!). Onsite staff were professional, clean, and happy to explain anything I wanted to know. Showed me photos of problems they found and explained my options and effects. Very happy that the scaffolding and skips were arranged to show up the day before and go away the day after!
Only complaint I might have is that the scaffolding disrupted my neighbors Sky dish, and the cost to temporarily re-mount and replace the dish so my neighbors could get signal for the 2 weeks wasn’t covered in the new roof cost. Seems like an easily foreseen and potentially common problem but one I had to pay for out of pocket. Otherwise couldn’t have asked for more. The roof looks beautiful and I’m confident the job was done properly.
